These Terms and Conditions apply when ordering online from IQ Bar & Grill Restaurant
Cancellation and Return Policy
All orders purchased on the website are final. Please check to confirm that your order is correct before submitting it. Online orders cannot be canceled after submission. However, we will refund a customer if for some reason the order cannot be fulfilled.
If your order received is incorrect upon arrival or pick up, you may return items in the store from which the order was placed within 24 hours. We will happily make the necessary changes to get your order right.
If you have any questions, please call the store from which the order was placed.
This policy applies to all terms and conditions of employment, including recruiting, hiring, placement, promotion, termination, layoff, recall, transfer, leaves of absence, compensation and training.
A valid ID is required to verify the food ordered is being picked up by the correct customer.
RESERVATIONS
Online reservations will be confirmed by an IQ Bar and Grill specialist.
